These terms apply to the website growthreact.com and to the services provided by Growth React Solutions, a sole proprietorship based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us").

1. Website content

Content on this website is for general information about our services. Dashboards, charts and order feeds shown on the website are demonstrations generated in your browser and do not represent any specific client's live data unless stated.

2. Results

Case studies and figures on this website come from actual client engagements. Past results do not guarantee future results. Advertising performance depends on product, market, budget, platform policies and many factors outside our control. Any targets we give you are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Services and agreements

Paid services are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, fees, timelines and payment terms. In case of any conflict, that agreement prevails over these terms.

4. Advertising spend

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platform (such as Meta or Google) and are separate from our service fees.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of product information, pricing, offers and legal compliance of their products, and for providing timely access to accounts, assets and approvals needed to deliver the work.

6. Intellectual property

Creatives, websites and content we produce for a client are transferred to the client on full payment, except for third-party assets (fonts, stock media, software) which remain under their own licences. Our internal tools, processes and know-how remain ours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid to us for the service in question in the three months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
